Installation and activation Charges
*Basic Installation: $100. A Basic install is on an 8-10' first floor level with 50' of cable or less. Beyond the basic installation, extra fees may apply. All installation charges are non-refundable.
**Service and Activation: Includes an up-front, non-refundable Technology Service charge of $155.00 and a one time, up-front, non-refundable activation charge of $40.00 which applies to all service levels ($295.00 Total due at sign-up - Installation - $100, Service $155 and Activation $40).
Equipment: Above prices include the use of necessary equipment, including Radio/Antenna, Power Supply, cat5 network cable. An adequate surge protector is mandatory. It may be supplied by customer or as an option from installer.
Equipment Security: Equipment must be returned upon service termination. Home owner / Business Insurance or optional SKYWEB Term insurance plan is required to cover equipment repair or replacement.
Term: Above prices require one year contract. (See Term Agreement)
Monthly Billing: Automatic payment by Visa, Mastercard or SKYWEB paper invoice. For paper invoicing there is a $3.00 monthly charge in addition to the service cost.
Computer Requirements: 256 MB Memory, empty PCI slot or existing network card, Windows 2000 or greater or Apple MacOS.
Non Line-of-Sight service limited to up to 1500 Kbps maximum download speed. Our new non Line-of-Sight equipment allows us to provide high speed internet access service to customers in some wooded areas where our regular equipment cannot penetrate.
